COMPOSE / CO-WRITE =
TIER 1
$3500 (or) 35 PPT
This tier is for the complete handling of composition arrangement, lyrics, performance and melodic integrity. This includes tailoring final composition to artists’ needs and capabilities based on key, tempo, lyrics, etc. Full lyrics and composition will be completed either with or without the artist in a remote manner or during unlimited amount of sessions, limited to an 8 hour time period each. This includes pre-production or demo project for recording. PPT paid out will apply to both publishing and master recording royalties.
TIER 2
$250 (or) 10 PPT
This tier is for any composition / arrangement adjustments such as key, bpm, lyrics, melodies, etc. It is also applicable for instrumental performances which have integral role in final composition, such as guitar/piano/keyboard arrangements for songs reliant on said components. This includes pre-production or demo project for recording. PPT paid out will apply to publishing royalties of the composition only.
PRODUCTION =
TIER 1
$500 (or) $250 + 10 PPT
The production variant of the recording will include complete sound design for the track prior to or following the completion of the final composition. Sound design includes arrangement of drums, bass, synth/keyboard and other necessary components such as samples. Artists are responsible for sample clearance and in some cases providing sample content also. (In the event of vinyl captured samples, etc.) PPT paid out will apply to publishing royalties of the composition only.
TIER 2
$250
This tier for production variant of the recording will include partial sound design for the track prior to or following the completion of the final composition. Partial sound design will include the arrangement of bass, synth and minor percussive elements throughout. It can also cover minor overall production of interludes, promotional material or songs under the three minute threshold. This will not cover components such as samples or sampling within project. PPT paid out will apply to publishing royalties of the composition only.
RECORDING ENGINEER =
$100 + $50 AF per added session
The recording engineer variant will cover head of recording sessions for all vocals and or live/software instruments. Engineer will be responsible for providing necessary gear to capture recordings, mic placement for all components and the handling of files including comping takes once the final sessions are complete. Comping sessions with artists only are not included with this fee. AF will be charged for comping sessions with artists even if immediately following recording sessions. Each session represents an 8 hour period. Once crossing over this period, an additional session fee will be charged. Tier 2 Production fee may be charged if engineer assists with performance of any instruments or vocal tracks during sessions and production or compose variant has not already been charged.
MIXING =
TIER 1
$350 per track
Mixing variant of the recording will cover applying necessary processing to all vocals and instruments once song is recorded, as well as prep for mastering variant. This includes assembling all finalized comps and providing unlimited mix references to the artist until satisfied. This can also include re-amping of guitar tracks, mic modelling for vocal tracks but is limited to initial production of drums, synth, guitar, etc. Mixing sessions are unlimited and can take place in a remote manner or with the artist, limited to an 8 hour time period each.
TIER 2
$150 for isolated tracks
This tier will cover mixes in which are instrumental, acapella include less than 10 stem files or only include instrumentals which have been mixed prior (2-track instrumentals). This also includes unlimited references but is subject to the stems provided and resulting limitations. These can also include re-amping of guitar tracks, mic modelling for vocal tracks but is limited to initial production of drums, synth, guitar, etc. Mixing can take place in a remote manner or with the artist, limited to an 8 hour time period each also.
MASTERING =
$30 per track
Mastering variant will set out to enhance final mix in a manner intended by the artist. Master file can also include metadata such as ISRC (provided by artist or distributor), artwork, etc. This also includes unlimited reference files and can be provided to artist as WAV, MP3, M4A and FLAC formats in sample rates up to 96khz/24 bit. Apple Digital Masters are not provided through this variant.
CLEAN MIX/MASTER =
$20 per track
This variant is only applicable for tracks in which are being mixed by TIME N’ SPACE, and will result in the removal of explicit lyrics from track to be labeled as ‘CLEAN’ on digital streaming platforms. This does not include unlimited reference files or in person sessions. Finals can be provided to artist as WAV, MP3, M4A and FLAC formats in sample rates up to 96khz/24 bit. Apple Digital Masters are not provided through this variant.
DOLBY ATMOS MIX =
$250 per track
This variant is only applicable for tracks with full stems available. It will enable Dolby Atmos mixes for songs on platforms like Apple Music, Tidal, etc. This does not include in person sessions but will include unlimited reference files.
ALBUM ART =
$75 per side
Will shoot and edit photography with artist to be used as album or single artwork. Images and/or digital content within artwork will follow copyright compliance for release on digital streaming platforms. Shooting will be done in a remote manner. Final edits can be done with artist subject to session limitations at 4 hours each.
VIDEO EDITING =
$200 music video / $50 promo video
Editing of music videos or promotional content for artists. This includes unlimited sessions and can be done in remote manner or with artist. This variant does not include colouring of videos or any animation/graphical content needed.
WEBSITE MGMT =
$150 setup / $40 per update
This variant will be for layout design of artist website in which all content is provided. Artist is also responsible for payment of custom domain and website provider on a monthly or yearly basis. This will purely cover design of website and is subject to session limitations.
